Return/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for STORE CREDIT ONLY
. This also applies to ANY ORDER CANCELLATION requests. Once the order is submitted at humanhairforwhat.com, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED for a refund. If the order is canceled you will only receive store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

Qualified returns must be initiated within 48 hours OR 2 days of delivery date. Once your return has been approved, packages must be postmarked & shipped within 3 business days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Original shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Wigs may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and will be subject to a 10%-15% restocking fee (amount will be deducted from store credit amount) based on the condition the wig is returned. If you receive the wrong item or a mistake in your order is CONFIRMED, this will be handled immediately & appropriately. 

Wig returns are accepted as long as the the wig hasn't been restyled or cut and shows no signs of wear.

Your return WILL be subject to rejection if:

  • Garbage & used wig caps are sent back in return
  • Strong odor or perfume on the wig
  • Visible signs of wear
  • Lace is ripped

*Sale/clearance wigs are not eligible for return. This includes all wigs in LIVE SALE as well*

 

Return Process 

Please send a TEXT to 443-812-9767 with first line of the message as RETURN to initiate. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, ensuring it meets the requirements, we will process your return. Please allow at least three days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Restocking fee will be assessed when applicable, STORE CREDIT will be issued to you via email in the form of a E-GIFT CARD.

Discount Codes : Discount codes are offered at random. Discount codes are a thank you to our customers. If the discount code is not applied at checkout we will NOT cancel an order in order to allow the code to be used.
