Shipping Policy

How Long Is Processing & Shipping ? 

  • Processing typically takes up to a total of 3-5 business days for READY TO SHIP WIGS - all orders are HAND STYLED & PREPARED (Sometimes SOONER & This Does NOT Include Weekend Days) Once your order is shipped, delivery depends on your location. All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. During Website Sales or Holidays (i.e Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) Please expect longer processing and shipping times ! 

    • NON READY TO SHIP/PRE ORDER STYLES CURRENTLY AT THIS TIME will take up to a total of 7-10 business days (not including weekend days) for processing! Once shipped, delivery depends on location; Any delays with shipping will be communicated via email. All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. 

    • Express Shipping - If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped same day OR the next day. If the order includes a NON READY TO SHIP style, they will be shipped express AFTER the processing time. Regular shipping is UPS GROUND OR USPS PRIORITY / FIRST CLASS & will follow regular processing & shipping timelines as stated above. 
    • International Shipping - Currently, we ship through UPS, DHL & USPS. Shipping timeline for international shipping can vary. Processing is 3-5 business days for non pre order styles (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) and shipping can be up to 21-30 (or LONGER) days depending on your location and possible delays. Once the package is shipped the carrier handles movement of the package. With International Shipping packages MAY be subject to taxes, customs fees, duty fees. This will be the responsibility of the customer as Human Hair For What ? does not know which countries charge fees. 
    • Human Hair For What? Does ship to PO Boxes via USPS. If you have a PO BOX & prefer UPS please have the full address of where the PO Box is located, write that address completely out and write the PO BOX as an apartment or unit number.
    • Insurance - All Orders Include $100 Insurance ONLY! If you want additional insurance please email us at support@humanhairforwhat.com & we will invoice you for the additional insurance amount. 

     

  • When the label is printed the website will automatically send an email that your order is on the way. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED!!(But its on the way). The email you will receive, will contain tracking information. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS! After receiving the tracking information, tracking activity will become available after the order is picked up by UPS, on the UPS website. Additionally, Please provide an ACCURATE shipping address!!! If The shipping address is incorrect IT WILL NOT BE CHANGED. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED & YOU WILL HAVE TO RE ORDER.

Where Do You Ship Out From?

All orders are shipped from Owings Mills, Maryland. 

Can I Make Changes To My Order? 

  •  We strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot and will not be altered once payment is complete. Orders will not be canceled once processed, so please be certain you want to order!

Do You Offer Refunds On Your Wigs 

  • NO REFUNDS and no exchanges at this time. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products refunding and returning/exchanging orders is NOT permitted. Please email me at support@humanhairforwhat.com if you have any issues, complaints, concerns or questions about your order. 
  • Once packages are shipped, Human Hair For What is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. Lost or stolen packages are also NOT our responsibility. You will NOT immediately receive a refund for lost/stolen packages & Your order will NOT be replaced or refunded until a claim is filed and completed (paid) by UPS/USPS. PLEASE CONTACT USPS/UPS FIRST for further details once you receive a tracking number and the order is physically shipped. Please note that ALL shipments can be subject to delays!

  • If a customer refuses a package or the package is returned due to a failed delivery, Human Hair For What will charge a 25% restocking fee if the customer does not want the order re-shipped. The 25% will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. If the customer DOES want the package re-shipped the customer will be responsible for new shipping costs; an invoice will be sent for shipping costs. Human Hair For What will only pay the return shipping cost or re shipping cost if the product is defective or an error was caused by Human Hair For What.
