This is definitely a Bait and Switch thing. I received this wig Nikki and it is NOT the same wig as pictured!! I am extremely unhappy. I failed to check the return and refund policy which I almost do when purchasing wigs online. That is usually a trigger to me if you can't get a refund. Since I can't get either, this was a total waste of my hard earned money. The wig sheds badly also. Will not be buying anything again!
Thank you for your review and your picture. Being that you provided a picture, I can clearly see the correct wig was sent to you. I am sorry if you do not like the wig for yourself or on yourself. All wigs shed as well. Wigs are fake hair and man made, unfortunately shedding occurs. I do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product and when customers put the wigs on their head the item can not then be returned and resold. This was not a bait and switch but I apologize you feel it was a waste. Thank you again for your review.

This wig has lots of shedding and it's also too much hair for my head it does not match the picture I'm not pleased at all.
This wig is beautiful. The flow, the color, the softness is EVERYTHING. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this wig I can’t wait to get the honey blond.
My favorite unit. So glad they brought it back! The color is amazing. I get more compliments with this unit than any other I've tried. No shredding noted.

Was a little skeptical about the lighter streaks in the front but I didn't need to worry. It looks good! Glad I got her.

I have been buying wigs for over 12 years because I have alopecia. I have experience buying online, in house and I mostly stick with what's good. Eventhough I have been buying wigs I still need help with the lace and part. Well to my suprise Debra came precut lace and the part is deep and beautiful. The seller also included some beautiful eyelashes. Well I am sold!! And will be purchasing regularly now. Thank you!!!!

I am a natural redhead that lost her hair about a year ago to alopecia among other auto immune disorders. I have a hard time finding reds that are natural AND still vibrant. I stumbled across this wig and ordered it right away but still remained leary. But you guys... its amazing. And it looks super natural and stunning all together.
